The Mind, it’s a complex thing, it holds our aspirations, emotions, frustrations, moral compass, will, and thoughts.
It is the one true thing that in under our dominion while everything else are external factors, which, are out of our control.
We tend to make things a lot harder then necessary by worrying fretting and believing we can control such things as our bodies, other people, our environment and the list goes on.
What if we made things simpler?
What if we choose to only focus on the mind? Being the one thing we can change, control and manage.
Doing this will reduce stress, anxiety and help you focus on the things that matter to you the most.
By simplifying your focus you are able to clearly see the one thing that you actually must focus on, then you are able to manage your choices and tailor your actions in way that benefits you.
So let this be a reminder when you are feeling stressed, burned out or over burdened, you can only control your mind, focus and manage it in a way that leads you to concise and clear action while forgetting all external factors outside of your control.
